We do not classify advertising or analytics trackers as necessary. We do not use Stripe cookies on this website. Apple App Store and Google Play process in-app purchases under their own terms and privacy notices.
2. How to choose or withdraw consent
On your first visit, the banner lets you accept all, reject non-essential tracking, or select categories. You can reopen choices at any time through the Cookie settings link. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent: changing your choice prevents future loading of the selected category. Your browser may retain third-party cookies that were set before a prior consent choice; you can also remove those through browser controls.
3. Third-party information
Meta and Microsoft operate their tools under their own terms and privacy notices. Their products may use their own cookies or similar identifiers after you opt in. We recommend reviewing Meta’s Privacy Policy and Microsoft’s Privacy Statement for their current practices.
We configure these website tools to avoid sending care recipient names, diagnoses, medications, appointments, documents, or other health information. Do not enter health information into website forms intended for support or marketing.
4. Do Not Sell or Share and global privacy controls
ClanCare does not sell consumer health data. Where a U.S. state law gives you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, selecting “Reject non-essential” or disabling Marketing in Cookie settings will stop our website marketing pixel from loading. We will review and honor applicable browser-based privacy signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required by law.
